Today was the last day of my 6 week challenge. Starting the Shake It Program

I am going to lose weight over the next 6 weeks following the Shake It Weight Management Program.It is scientifically based so I know that if I follow it I will lose 0.5-2kgs per week as have done the subjects in the studies, but can I loose just 5 kgs over 6 weeks from my 66kg frame?
